For anyone who is AT ALL apprehensive about starting or returning to a yoga practice, please DO NOT HESITATE to sign up for Jess’s class or a private session. I had stopped practicing yoga for the better part of a decade and was too intimidated to drop into a yoga class. So I contacted Jess for one on one classes. I am SO glad I did. She has such a beautiful energy, all my self-consciousness melted away and I remembered how much I simply love Yoga. While her classes are never routine, her energy is steady…she’s always truly non-judgmental, and super sweet. Jess is really knowledgeable and accommodating-even creating a few “hands-free” classes for me when I had hurt my hand. If it wasn’t for Jess, I don’t know if I would’ve taken yoga again as quickly, but now I know for sure I will practice again for the rest of my life, and I am so grateful.
